Dani Gallo McCausland
Dani brings over seven years of experience empowering teams to make smarter, data-driven decisions to create exceptional products and fuel business growth across industries such as tech, fashion, and city government. A proud native of Cali, Colombia who grew up in Panamá, Dani's cross-cultural background shapes her product intuition and drives her passion for 0-to-1 product development and international research.
During her five years at Google, Dani led strategic research projects across Next Billion Users, Cloud, and Google Wallet and helped launch new products in the U.S., Latin America, and Southeast Asia. With a strong foundation in business and data analytics, she combines qualitative insights, quantitative rigor, and strategic business acumen to deliver a comprehensive understanding of the user and product experience.
Dani holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing from Washington University in St. Louis and a Master’s in Data Analytics and Visualization from Pratt Institute.

Talal Barazi
Talal is a mixed-methods researcher and startup advisor with deep expertise across consumer and B2B products throughout the product lifecycle—from pre-product/market fit (PMF) through to high-growth scaling.
At Meta, Talal led research on new use cases for advertising products, helped achieve product-market fit for VR social platforms, and contributed to WhatsApp’s growth in the U.S. With a strong focus on emerging markets, Talal has conducted impactful international research across regions such as the Middle East, North Africa, and Central and South Asia.
Talal’s approach combines qualitative and quantitative methods to provide comprehensive insights for product teams, ensuring they have a full picture to make informed decisions.
Talal holds a Bachelor's degree from the American University in Washington D.C. in International Studies, with a focus on Peace, Global Security and Conflict Resolution and a regional focus on the Middle East.

Lulit is an AI Product Research & Innovation Consultant with over two decades of experience helping technology companies build products that solve meaningful customer problems.
Her expertise spans foundational research, competitive analysis, AI product strategy, and customer experience innovation. She is passionate about combining rigorous research with emerging AI capabilities to help organizations discover opportunities, reduce product risk, and create products that customers trust and adopt.
She has contributed to product innovation initiatives at leading enterprise technology companies, including Oracle, Google, and Atlassian.

Ta-Ming Shih
Ta-Ming Shih is a product strategy leader, professor, and consultant. He teaches at Northeastern University's College of Engineering and previously worked at Google for over 10 years, focusing on growing and commercializing global products.
He has led product strategy & analytics teams, and developed business strategy for products that address societal challenges such as employment, internet access, & digital payments.
Prior to Google, Ta-Ming was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company’s Business Technology practice. In his free time, Ta-Ming chairs the board of the Pickleball Forward Foundation, a nonprofit focused on youth pickleball in the greater Seattle area. He has a PhD from MIT in electrical engineering and computer science and has authored 5 peer-reviewed publications.
